How do I log in to the Web Shop?

The Web Shop is only available to accounts that have completed registration through the game app. Please note that new account registration is not available on the Web Shop.

In OUTERPLANE, you can register an account using Email, Google, or Apple through the game app.

After logging in with your registered account, please select the server you use (Global / Global 2 / Japan). Once login is complete, your in-game ID will be displayed on the screen.

How do I receive items after making a purchase?

Items purchased from the Web Shop will be sent to your in-game mailbox after the payment is completed. Please note that it may take approximately 3 to 5 minutes to receive the items depending on network conditions.

Refunds are only available if the item has not been claimed or used from the mailbox. If you need a refund, please do not claim the item and contact Customer Support first.
